Banto Inbound

Hi, I'm Matthew! Whatever you need, I can help.

Attract more customers from America and the West.

Banto Inbound helps independent businesses bring in more customers: travelers from the West, and people who live nearby. As an American living in Japan, I know how Western visitors find places here and what they look for. I set up and look after your website, Google Maps, and social media, and I can visit your shop with ideas for welcoming them. The first chat is free.

Good to know

  • All prices are before 10% consumption tax.
  • Billed at cost, with nothing added: domain name, printing, booking-system fees, and travel for on-site visits.
  • Ad budget: you set it and pay Google or Meta (Instagram) directly from your own card. It never goes through me.
  • Every month: tell me by the end of a month and billing stops from the next. Commit to a year for 15% off; if you leave early, the discount on the months used is repaid.
  • Your website, domain, and accounts are all in your name, and stay yours if you stop.
  • Payment by bank transfer (transfer fees paid by the sender): setup on signing; monthly fees and costs billed at month-end, due by the end of the next month.
  • Results like review scores, rankings, and customer numbers can't be guaranteed, and sites like Google and Instagram set their own rules. I never write or buy fake reviews, and posts and ads are always clearly from your business. Please check translations before printing, especially allergens.
Matthew Trost
After many trips all throughout Japan and two years of living here, I've talked with many Western travelers and Japanese small business owners, and I noticed that great small businesses often weren't getting found. I've spent more than 20 years in web, marketing, design, and ads, mostly in New York City, and I want to help small businesses here for far less than an agency charges.
